About
I am an architectural designer currently completing my Master of Architecture at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, with a background in architecture from UC Berkeley. My work explores how architecture can shape collective experience—through spaces of care, memory, gathering, and everyday life.
Across academic research, design studios, teaching, and professional practice, I have developed a particular interest in the relationship between material, atmosphere, and human experience. My projects range from civic and cultural spaces to adaptive environments and small-scale fabrication, often asking how architecture can respond to changing social and environmental conditions while remaining grounded in the lives of the people who occupy it.
I approach design across scales, moving between research, drawing, modeling, computation, fabrication, and visual storytelling. Rather than treating architecture as a fixed object, I am interested in it as a framework for change: something that can hold memory, invite participation, and evolve with its context.

Professional Experience
- Developed urban design strategies and spatial frameworks as a core team member for the Shanghai West Bund Huajing Urban Spatial System Guideline.
- Coordinated with Arup’s global offices to produce architectural drawings, visualizations, and presentation reports for complex domestic and international design packages.
- Executed deliverables across varied typologies and project phases, including the Yantai Jereh Manufacturing feasibility study, Suzhou Novoprotein R&D interiors, and the Hong Kong HSK Bridge Renewal.
- Designed early-phase concepts for three regional and city-scale architectural competitions, producing physical study models, analytical diagrams, and presentation visuals.
- Contributed directly to two winning proposals: the First Prize scheme for the Zhejiang Under-the-Bridge Space Design and the selected masterplan for the Jinyi Lake Technological Innovation Source.
